UK - England to Wales

The Severn River comes up 8m when they have their big spring and autumn tides. It is affected by the moon, wind and local rains and if the conditions are right then a wave forms on the river. Surfers come to ride this bore wave twice a year. There was no evidence of any bore wave while we were there in May unfortunately.
